Why Many Talented Players Are Overlooked
As an NGO, GAIN has identified that many talented footballers are unable to progress in their careers because they lack the support and exposure needed to showcase their abilities to football agents and clubs.
Many players have spent years playing for local clubs but do not have professional highlight videos or proper player profiles to present when opportunities arise. Without video evidence and adequate representation, many talented players are overlooked and eventually give up on their football dreams.
